So apparently the guy that ran this game just vanished from YouTube and Twitch, so I don't have a guide anymore.

Uh....is this even a serious game? Looks like one of those games made in a day as a joke rather than a game to play. :|
The game was released in 2009, the dude that made this game back then took this game seriously since it is a 3D Game Maker game (which is impressive considering the program's limitations back then), but years later, the developer is very aware that the game sucks. The Vinesauce highlight video is hilarious though.

I finally managed to corrupt save data in this game manually with a bunch of resets: http://i933.photobucket.com/albums/ad175/tony_leal1/Legendary%20Starfy%20The%20USA__7613_zpsjt22btq2.png I still have to find out more effects about the new glitch, but so far, if I manage to NOT corrupt the suspend save, this can lead to a potential major skip to the final boss. holy crap guise i need to research this even further!_!! BTW, when I click yes, the game crashes and when I say no, I get stuck with an infinite loop of saying no until I say yes (which as I said, it crashes the game).

Thank you very much, guys. Those links are very informative and now I could finally see more examples of emulation inaccuracy. Seems to be true then. Bsnes is definitely more accurate, but at least snes9x can still emulate almost all games just fine.
though bsnes is really fucking slow.

Please try to consider whether any newly found trick or glitch has any practical use in a run, before calling it a "potential improvement". Otherwise we are all just wasting our time over nothing.
I'm so sorry FluffyMoth, I promise it won't happen again. D;

On the video, the guy said that MarI/O found a new potential glitch involving a block and stomping on a Koopa Troopa.
Where exactly would it be useful in the warps run?
I have no idea. I just thought it was worth posting.

http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/22915694111299540 Here's the starting input. One thing I noticed is that with A Button you can control the camera a bit, maybe it can be useful to despawn or spawn enemies or platforms early.

So... ok, now that I have finished CP and Pingu, we can finnally improve this run. What worries me is that when I do the quick falling trick, it stops my position by 1 frame until I go left/right again, so I dunno if this is an optimal way of timing jumps anyway, but who knows.

I hope it can obsolete the SNES run, because they're 2 different systems.

This was fairly interesting. I think I'm ok with the use of codes here, since they give you Tails under the same conditions you would have him under a normal game of Sonic 2. My main concern is the Oil Ocean boss. In all the recent runs of Sonic 2, that boss is killed before he shoots anything, but this fight loses a lot of time when the lasers are getting shot. Is there some way to manipulate different behavior here?
I don't know. It happen when i fight Spring Yang and Hill Top Boss and skip Mystic Cave Boss. Is too fast and just can do 5 hit before he hide in the oil. About game genie codes: Of course I had to use this, it was the idea of the race. There are other TASes that rely on hacks, so it's not an excuse for not being accepted, is not it?
No. They're not. Cheat codes have cheat on the name, isn't it? Just think about it for a sec man...

Finding new potential glitches in v1.0: Unlike Herbert's Revenge, you can't skip minigames here... until I find a way to skip them. Also this game has even more glitches than the sequel, so it will be fun when I find enough glitches to finally TAS this game.

Here's more *noot noot* for you: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/23537470478845977 Much easier than I thought it would be. I want to ask, can I submit this when finished? Is this moon material? The run contains speed tradeoffs so far, so it's optimal enough for you?

The DS version of Pac-Man World 3 is much shorter in comparison to the other versions, considering it was released in the early DS days. It's also a glitchy game... like, glitchy as frick. Seriously, I'm playing this game and it's infested with tons of bugs. But it can be entertaining for a TAS. So far I've found a bunch of strats and skips already, so it will be fun to see all the glitching having use. yeah i really like DS gaems. Maybe in some puzzles we can pull a Brain Age so sacrifice frames in order of entertainment. From what I played, the game has a writing recognition system with funny effects.
