I love to play the crap out of Q Boy when I'm bored actually. Also Club Penguin and Epic Yarn too. Not the Platinum bootleg though.

Ok, so I motivate to continue TASing this game, and this.... happens... Link to video Ok... I have no idea if this can be useful for TASing yet... but still, it can be a mayor glitch or something... I dunno, the game lags infinitely when it softlocks. I'll investigate this further.

Link to video ^Very old video of the full game. A TAS of this could be interesting. Heres the full description of the video:
My first Tool Assisted some fast enough for only harder but easy to hard is 1 hit KO. But puzzle is randomly colour. Here on my information list for play and score and thank by Tool Assisted. Level = Characters = Chains = Skip = Time Play (min to max) Easy = Chikorita = x6 = 0:10 = 11-12 seconds Normal = Cyndaquil = x8 = 3:57 = 12-19 seconds Hard = Totodile = x9 = 10:58 = 15-20 seconds & Stage 11 = 32sec S-Hard = Bellossom = x14+ = 19:17 = 28-41 seconds Intense = Pikachu = x20+ = 31:13 = 36-54 seconds (Scroll up ON) Sorry for small bad quality because for first Tool Assisted as upload but you can see "End Movie" on bottom left of blue word. I remake for real TAS, because not speedrun yet a different way.
Although it's not actually a speedrun, he wrote some interesting things about the characters and difficulties, so... it could be interesting I guess!

I think this needs a proper encode: (with fixed framerate too) Link to video It would be nice if someone could help me with the project... but not right now, I'm not motivated in continuing it alone.

Thanks, I'm fine really! I haven't updated anything lately, cuz I just reTASed a game, and I haven't seen much screenshots that need an update quick... except for 2 GBA games: Dragon Ball - Advanced Adventure and Snood. But right after that, there's no games I can update, specially PSX ones. But I'm fine, thatnk you for asking.

Oh, is Flareon suboptimal?
I don't know. All I know is that switching characters wastes frames at the beginning.
Flareon and Psyduck have the same amount of damage, while Pichu and Abra have much weaker attacks.

I don't think so, there's no other way to break that block and when you throw it, you'll become normal again. Thank you for being interested anyways, it helps me quite a bit!

Very well done movie bro! I voted yes. BTW, why you didn't TASed the DS version? Also, my favorite screenshot is the last one, you should go with that. P.S.: I know who can finish Operation Penguin then... cuz... it's similar ya know...

Lovely lovely Sintax and the unlicensed games they make. Since theres too many... I'll put some of them (4 in total): - Digimon 9/Digimon Yellow Jade (different games and levels) (Lemmings' sound engine): They're similar to Pokémon Platinum, but with some slight changes in its engine and level design. The run button is slightly different too, with delays and stuff like that. You can choose between 2 characters; Piyomon (she can fly in a floaty way) and Agumon (which shoots fireballs and stuff). Unlike Pokémon Platinum, theres more complex gameplay, and a TAS would be interesting to see. Backjumps and clips still work yay!!! - Digimon D-3 (Pokémon Pinball's sound engine... seriously): Agumon only. This time to run, you press Down and you'll boost like Sonic. You can digievolve and you'll strike enemies while running. With this one I'm most interested. - Digimon Fight (RPG Maker GB sound engine): Fighting game with platform and powerup elements. A playaround would be appropiate. That's all for now... I guess.

Level 3 done! Input file: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/18851420806037132 Note: I bumped a platform once in order to avoid an enemy, so take note on that.

Ok, so for a comparison, I see that PAL v1.1 is faster from 2 to 5 frames in all loading time transitions combined, maybe it has a frame rule, but I can't really inspect it further.

Ok... I found a useful, TAS only trick that could save some time. When moving left or right, on 1 left and right frame + A input frame ONLY and you'll jump... backwards! Maybe this could save time when enemies are behind you... I'm not sure.

What a weird game this is. I played the game like for 10 minutes and I found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRS1MuCCc88 Is a weird clipping glitch of some sorts when switching characters. Very Odd.

I won't join. I am the host and judge for this contest, it wouldn't be fair if I joined. Got4n/adelikat team has been added, now that adelikat has confirmed his participation and teamup on IRC. As a team of 2, you didn't specify whether you're open to another member or not, so I'll just see how it will work out.
Ok, so what can I do instead of participating? Nothing? I want to do something but NOT TAS the NES.
