Ok... I just needed to relax, its all better now.
Allright, I got it. I improved 63 frames over your movie so far (currently at buildin' a jackhammer), I just need a very detailed explanation of how you did the jackhammer building section and I'll be fine.
Also noticed an improvement when going to the river section. Dammit.

EDIT Maybe the puffle training room can be done faster if I puffle scroll after the 1st green light is on instead of puffle scrolling when I hit the target, I don't know I'm unsure about it.
So I restarted the movie from scratch, everything going awesome... Not until I noticed a glaring mistake at the very beggining of the mission... I didn't choose the fastest desicion at one point, and I was in half of the mission already.
I was pissed. Now I have to go through everything again. FUCK.
Ok, after some planning, this is the route I'll use in Mission 1
-Fadeclick to Rookie, optimize dialogue until I can move the cursor.
-Go to the Puffle Training room.
-In the room, call Bouncer and Puffle Scroll onto the farther right when you are calling her.
-When called, layer skip the 2 boxes and then throw a snowball to the last target.
-Then optimize dialogue again and then go to the river.
-Item HUD Off to the cardboard box and mix the 2 orange items.
-Quick click the broken jackhammer.
-Quickly build the jackhammer, then skip the minigame.
-Optimize dialogue again, then go to next room.
-Select the grappling hook and skip minigame.
-On the next room, Item HUD Off Dot and get the belt.
-Then talk to Rookie, and get the Fish Pole thingy.
-Finnally talk to Jet Pack Guy and get his precious Jet Pack.
-Mix items, then grab the belt and DRAG it and quick click the mixed Jet Pack.
-Quickly optimize the Jet Pack Microgame.
-Optimize dialogue more and do the Stack-up Microgame.
-Optimize dialogue and finish the mission.
Man, this will not be easy.

A massive improvement over all of the previous TASes.
This is the glitch that I'm talking about. You run with B and the game breaks itself with it.
Important things to point out:
-You can clip through platforms, but you can't clip through large sections, trying to do this will get you stuck temporarily.
-You can't do double jumps with this glitch.
-When you ledge-grab in various locations, you'll slide really fast.
-You can deactivate/activate again the glitch by no B input 1 frame + Holding B again + wait 1 frame moving a direction + jump button 1 frame with a direction.
-Your falling speed increases so much that the game will run at 60fps during your falling animation.
-While running, the drop direction frame trick is slower.
-More Importantly: YOU CANNOT DO THIS GLITCH ON LEVEL 2. For some reason, this glitch stops working on level 2, and then it works again on the other levels. Weird shit, I know.

I was unsuccesful finding an address for speed and movement on the characters, so those are the only things I could find. I hope its helpful somehow.
Looks great! Now, I was bored, so I got this. I don't know what they do, I just found them.
Oh yea I also found this:

Dunno if you found it first or does it have any use, but I just wanted to help at least a little bit.
Do you mean this?
Also, its not my guesses again. Its really faster than usual ways. This new glitch allows me to grab ledges and slide through ludacris speed, and it also makes me clip through platforms.
Now I'll work on Goal! (Ice Hockey Minigame). It will be interesting, since Manipulating AI and the movement will be hard. Nevermind, that stupid pixel shader error is back.

This was made before the new findings. Dunno why I was TASing this in Spanish, maybe because I'm a Spanish speaker myself. Not upload to YouTube cuz... reasons.
Don't worry anymore. I watched his comparison video and I compared it to my new one, and it definetly obsoletes that one too. I used new strats and route to improve it, so its definetly improved, I saved like 1.5 seconds or so.
Improved 1st level here.
Obsoletes my record and possibly Spike's record as well (not entirely sure, but maybe it does.)
EDIT: It seems that I can beat the level faster at the end... Maybe I'll update it soon.
It would be REALLY helpful if someone could find these addresses, I just simply can't find them:
*Admitance of cursor to pass to next dialogue box (THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE)
*The X Position of the Cursor
*The Y Position of the Cursor
*The X Speed for the Cursor
*The Y Speed for the Cursor
*The X Camera Position
*The Y Camera Position
*The X Speed for Camera
*The Y Speed for Camera
*The X Puffle Position
*The Cursor Position on Screen
*The Values for Cursor Clicks
*The Changes for Cursor sprites
*Loading Screen Values
If you want to help me in this really difficult task, please PM or something like that. This will help me a whole lot to make an optimized run through all of the 10 Missions.
Its not that. I need them for very specific timing between clicks and sound effects in my Club Penguin TAS, without them, I just have to guess. I haven't been succesful finding RAM addresses for it so its my other easy choice.
