What? Go play it right now! Grand Battle is a separate story and would hardly obsolete this.

Very run right for justice in some places, but others are interesting. Weak yes. Also noticed at the credits it is a sequel!?

One thing I would have done differently would have been make the joke character team the last fight instead of the first, but it's a very minor issue.

Couldn't a few frames be saved by ensuring the character is on the right side of the screen when a boss fight ends instead of breaking the blocks? Does Waldog handle differently?

"full" relativly speaking, it has a lot of stuff missing and (again) can't be completed normally.

Interesting game choice... Going to go yes because research says completion of this "demo" version is not possible to complete under normal conditions.

I'm curious (Not going to do a run, though I would be interested in seeing one), what would the rules be for the use of CD/DVD/GBA game generated monsters? Would custom .iso files be legal?

Yes if the "game" is a bootleg. No if the "game" is a romhack. Would be interested in seeing other, better, bootlegs done.

In case people didn't know, the game contains a second post-game mode "Grand Battle". It's far better suited to a "playaround" run, as the matches there force you to use different parts each round and there is less of a story structure and you will have (almost, there are some illegal parts earned the mode itself, plus if this is used as the verification, Afterburner Gun is missed for refusing to go to the Bathroom with Harry, but I don't think it is all that useful a gun, but that could differ in a TAS.) all the parts from the start.

If it were allowed I would love to see a TAS completion of Brawl's OoT demo if it was possible to complete it in the time limit with the new glitch+Brawl's starting save game.

There is alreddy an accepted run of a prototype (though that one is more uh... finished) so no reason not to accept this hilarious run.

Wall Street Kid could be interesting if, rather than aim for fastest win, you aimed for crazy money.

My improvement that merely ends input early has become a voting issue?
I did not realize that's all it was. Nvm then, my yes vote still stands.
Same here. Realized I forgot to vote, so I voted yes.

Would have voted yes simply because it is a perfection over a manual run, but a previous post improved this a bit, so meh. Will vote yes when that improvement is submitted.

I loved this game and we have no GCN runs yet so yes. Two questions 1:How do the Grand Battle fights that require you to change out parts work if you run out of parts to select because you never went to the part generator (as almost done here for the most part)? 2:Got to wonder how much of the humor was added by the translators. One of my favorite bits was the third option in tutorial questions beyond "got it" and "don't got it" (such as "Haha, they called you a jerk"). Do these play out as funny as they do in English? Would love to see a follow up entertainment run for the Grand Battle, as most of its fights disallow repeating the same part set up, which would eliminate the main problem everyone has.

One question: Would the speed this TAS takes be quick enough to reach Excalibur II in the PAL version? The time to beat to get to Excalibur 2 is a lot faster in the PAL version because of some glitch or other regarding regional differences, and as a result, getting Excalibur 2 in the PAL version is thought to be impossible without skipping FMVs.

How do you kill the final boss quicker, but less entertainingly, than the method used as a White Mage?

I recall there are 30 melons in each stage. Is a melon only branch possible?

(not sure which section this would go in, move if there is a better one) http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=GLbqN4kIrFw Could an NESbot type thingy be done with such a hack? Any encode that has touch screen use, uses a restart sequence or has clock sync nedeed wouldn't work, but anything that is just buttons could.

No love for the power of God Hand? Heavily "skill based" games are fun TAS material. Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne and *deep breath* Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon seem like good choices, with luck abuse and smart fusion choices being big deals. Of note for Nocturne is the ability to not do the Labyrinth side-quest, which I think avoids fighting Matador and Dante and avoiding the "would you like to stay here" messages. TDE could be a very different run from one of the 5 normal endings. Also of note is that True Demon, Yosuga, Neutral and Demon endings have all the end boss fights while Musubi skips Noah and Shijima skips Ahriman and (much earlier) Samael. Of note for both is that even if random encounters can't be fully bypassed, chating with a demon while you have the same one in your party ends the battle quickly (and with healing or items possible)

I sense some confusion about Commander Keen's gender here ;-)
Also a "she" in the slope mechanics section. Any reason the donut isn't grabed at 3:26 given you have to wait for the platform anyways?
