Most people doing a major project took a break because of real life, but I don't think they will post a WIP because they plan to finish, and they don't want anyone pulling a leg on some major improvements they found...

Voting "Meh" because:
This hack, for TASing for posting on TASvideos isn't good, it's very limited and it's nothing "new" compared to SDW or other hacks. But you did a good job on improvements and you have a future, so you can keep on the good work and keep improving yourself.

I know, and I'm talking about the 96 exits run (wich I think was made on 2013, and any%). I'm not saying that I'm counting them for my vote, but I'm saying that he deserves this year not only because of them, but because of those 4 runs as well (Kirby, Yoshi's Island and SMW)

voting for Masterjun because, even though I like Panga as well, last year definitely was Masterjun's year to shiny participating on many important collabs and impressive solo runs. He's a TASer that trully understlood SNES in it's depths, I wouldn't be suprised if he shows us something awesome again this year!

I'm actually organizing a larger TASing collab (eight people IIRC), so I know that it's not extremely easy.
but that goes from the power of management and seriousness from everyone.....I'm used to cordenate more than 10 people in doing projects since school, I'm not saying it's easy, sure is hard, but depends on who you're working with

You saved two frames in yi2 from corner boosting? Where are there more places to do them? Well I think you should post your improvement here for future reference. But maybe such an improvement would be lost from yi1 frame rule of death.
I located two more possibles save timer, I did not tested since I don't care about doing this for the 96exits, and the improvements onthe any% come from YI2 and YI1 I believe (as regnum showed us)

With what improvement? There are already a few known improvements even in yoshi's island (as we see in the recently obsoleted any%) so it's no wonder that you beat ISM's wip. Or if you beat his wip at other places that would be great.
I found two improvement on YI2 over the any% that I did not used them, since I don't see the 96exits like the any%, I'm not gonna use cornerboosts or cornerclips to save just one frame, I will use them if I have the chance to save way more time. In resume, not gonna waste my time and gbreeze's on them if they won't save much time.
