Final point, i don't Know if you noticed after the fight with daughter, she beg for her Life and call wren "forren". ( Well actually she says fo..rn).
Forren being wren's name originaly, the translators might not have get who she was calling in the end hehehe
Bonus fun fact: There were some leaked prototype versions of Phantasy Star IV dumped a few years ago, and pretty easy to find. In these early translations Wren is called "Forn".
I've seen his Japanese name translated as Forren or Fuoren but apparently it was going to be Forn at one point. That's probably a little more accurately why Daughter says "Forn".

Indeed, this name sounds pretty lame...
I would have understood though if they had called him フォーレン (Fōren) as it doesn't sounds bad (especially compared to Forn), but PS characters seem to have some real issues with name exceeding 4 letters hahaha.

Just saying but Sega is planing to re-release an emulated sega genesis collection for PC... too bad their emulation engine won't be half as good as nowadays emulators (with speed control and everything...)
Though i understand why it doesn t add a lot to non ps players, i have to say That you Made my day with this run.
I was just disapointed by wren as i remembered his final shotgun to be the most damaging weapon Ever (it was so untrue in the end). Still this Time the final technique is fun as a conclusion and chaz's level up is Amazing.

Thanks a lot anyway for this run. I wish there were a PSV. PS used to be such a unique serie sticking to a continuity that is nowhere to be seen in other rpg.

I tried a few fights, you litteraly split your damage by 2 when fighting with one claw.
(Somehow I was thinking that it wouldn't be such a big of a deal as long as you could use the command "attack", but yes it is a problem.)
Phantasy Star being my favourite serie, I will never thank you enough for having made a TAS of it.

By the way (just wondering), Is it really usefull for Rika/Fal to have 2 claws equiped for each fight?I mean if there isn't such a big difference between 1 claw or 2 claws, we could save us the second part of the animation hypotheticaly.
