it's Whēkau turns out zipping is easy, just a matter of getting the right vehicle in the right place http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V30ekHpQxI4 edit nm there is an ending, but you don't have to beat the levels in order, so what ever level has the longest time from final input to completion should be last.

seeing that the free triples seem to be named after rooms These are what I found and none of them count twords par office(study) summons a clock computer and filing cabinet kitchen summons an oven refrigerator and a fork den(foyer) summons a tv, console, and a sofa guest bedroom same as suite ladie's room (same as bathroom) summons a shower, toilet, sink back room(furnace room) summons workbench, stairs, pushbroom break room (dining room) summons china closet, table, chair classroom summons apple ( useful as lure etc.), chalkboard, desk play room (toy room) summons bunkbed, teddy bear, and a chest(with a teddy bear inside) hallway (lobby) summons door, art, nightstand that's all I can come up with edit: here an example of some of there uses. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euklMUAKN4U

Ok so garage summons a mop, lawn mower, and tire for no cost. Yah that word list was hacked from the rom pretty much as soon as it came out. http://rush68.net/u/files/scribfull.txt Some of the words are missing letters tho so GAS CA is really GAS CAN and that may be hard to guess @Derakon just a coincidence, the physics are that glitchy. pretty sure you can get in a wall by summoning a vehicle in the wall moving it slightly and then getting in it but it seems to be hard to reproduce and may not work in all situations.

An "all new" run would be imposable to optimize. You only get 1 air vent, you're using it on one of the 220 levels. How can you tell the one without trying most of them, and keep in mind you'll probably need to do the same thing for the other 300+ items you use. @Nicos keep in mind that rope placement will likely only take a few frames in a TAS rather then the 10 seconds it takes me to do it manually. edit: another glitch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H11d6gC8gs0 suite doesn't count as summoning. This could help quite a few be done in zero. Anything else that summons multiple that unattached objects? edit: another another glitch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO_88yqgw4E planes act weird upside down.

We should probably move this topic to the ds fourm As far as I know there is no ending so what should be the goal. All levels? Least amount of items drawn? Quickest time to the final levels? All levels done 4 times? I might be interested in doing a low par run, all levels done with the least amount of items and then speed as secondary.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0VjNyPAJpU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xU4So8sm_qg found a interesting glitch if something has a rope/chain on it and one on the door it can go through it. Combined with a fan you can get get the stars out of most doors.

@Nicos that kind of happened to me once. I spawned a large ground vehicle, it appeared bellow the floor and when I got in it I fell and died. edit: forgot to mention you can do inf jumps with the lasso. just lasso something you can jump on and you can carry it with you as you go. Not super easy to do but very fast movement speed. Specialy with a trampoline.

It looks like your enemy manipulation could be better and I felt the E. Ryu fight at the end wasn't interesting enough to be justified.

On your way back make sure you pick up some DU, that stuffs hard to get. When the FBI shows up tell them your dogs dug it up. Texas is too big I'm 500 miles from I-40 at it's closest

Sda has been working for a while for there site to be non English speaker friendly. I like the way they have it set up. They have an Other Languages board with rules, f.a.q. translations and discussions. Not sure it would work here tho.

I went ahead and did a 2 player of the first level http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FBPHKI8U It's slower then the 1 player, due to more enemies and higher hp Need to redo the last part so that the camel gets the grenades, I didn't know how it would work out in the end. Could be optimized more. The helicopter fight in particular. I just don't have enough hands. A few notes about the single player run. You can get out of the parachute earlier. I've heard that the firing rate with most weapons is faster when crouched. http://speeddemosarchive.com/kb/index.php/Metal_Slug_%28series%29 edit I optimized the boss and now it's about a sec quicker then the one player

Autohotkey can easily do auto hold without getting to complex. It would just look like this.
!1:: ; auto hold for key 1
Send, {1 Down}
return
When you press alt 1 it will keep the button held down and then you do the frame advance like this.
\:: ;frameadvance unhold
Sleep, 100
Send, {1 up}
;all the other buttons you have an hold script for
return
it shouldn't be too hard to add a ui from there if you wanted it. If you held the button it error then just pressing 1 would unhold it

I don't think it means gay, I know what it means. The whole idea is that it's a male other males find attractive. Read down a couple paragraps in your wikipedia article and you'll see. "The aesthetic of the bishōnen began as an ideal of a young homosexual lover"

finally got disk one finished on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmolsW8Rtn0&fmt=18 anyway I found a way to combine both disks into one iso to prevent having to load disk two. It seems to work fine but the movie didn't sync for some reason. I think there should be an exception made to allow you to do the second disk from a savestate

yah I'm worse then most but I like it this way. I you want some neat tree structure use the start menu. I put stuff on the desktop that I want to be able to find with out searching for it. I also use it as a download folder. I save things there that I want to get around to looking at.

I'd encode it like I normally do but my computer died on me. When I get it back working I'll just encode the last part, now that you have a full disk one encode.

not sure what part you think he is cheating at but it's defiantly the arcade version. Most of that crazy inf stuff is only possible in the first arcade release. NKI has documented a bunch of xvsf glitches here http://zachd.com/nki/NKI-glitch.bible.txt

is there a dip switch that can unlock all the characters / mode ?
no, but some games like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure or Marvel vs. Capcom 2 have codes that can be entered from the test menu that will unlock everything.
