Good luck, sir. Please plan ahead and try to make your time attack special in some way, because autoscrolling games can get boring. I think someone made a movie of the first level somewhere around here.

What is the difference, if any, between http://tasvideos.org/forum/ and http://nesvideos.stc.cx/? I am automatically logged in on one page but not the other, but both forums seem to contain the same information.

Here's hoping to a controversy-free year where everyone gets along and nobody accuses anyone of cheating. I doubt it will happen, but I can still hope.

I have no idea what you people are talking about. All I know is that the question isn't really about whether I have stairs in my house or not, so I won't bother answering that.

UK Retro Gamer, is that a good magazine? Being a "Yank," I've never heard of it. I know the UK has some fun video game magazines, as I used to read a few when I worked in retail.

I'm pretty sure that the movie files created could be converted after transferring them over to the PC via FTP, and as for the movies themselves........I do have a Hauppauge PVR-250. ;)
Unfortunately, I don't think I have the skills to make "entertaining" movies.:-(
This sounds like a dead end. Consider these points:
{1}Ten minutes of recording time eliminates nearly all games from consideration.
{2}The output file (FCM, for example) would have to be viewable by others. I could be wrong, but I don't think the emulators we use for this site are the same on the XBox.
{3}If you want to record your own gameplay video files, go ahead, but this site only accepts emulator movies, not video submissions.
So I don't think your XBox experiment will involve us, but it sounds like fun.

Lip-synching and time attacking have nothing in common. The only way they could would be if we went on tour offering "live" demonstrations of gameplay but we were actually just playing the pre-recorded runs.
You could compare time attacks to music videos, I suppose, if speed runs are live performances. In that case, I agree lip synching is unethical for live performances but it is a inevitable part of music videos (as is editing).
I'm not attacking anyone here, as it sounds like sdkess7 has mellowed out a little on his "of course you're cheating" position, thankfully.

Alright, this is getting weird. I'm in my father's apartment in New York City for break. I logged on to check the board, but I've noticed that on his computer, I can access Teri-kun's webspace.
The only difference I can see is that Dad still uses Internet Explorer while I'm using Firefox at school. But I'm assuming some of you are also using Firefox yet my problem with Teri-kun's webspace seems to be unique? >_<

OK, that's right, I was wrong. I guess what I wanted to say is there's a PRG0 and a PRG1 ROM. Some sites also have a PRG 0 (note the space) which might be slightly different.

Umm, In NewYork, Do people not worry about their own privacy...?
In Japan, people want to hide their own privacy...
Especially, in 'Internet', they think so strongly. Yes, me too.
So, I can't answer your question, sorry.(^_^;)
But, I can tell you about only this.
I live in "IBARAKI, Kanto, Japan." (It is in northeast from TOKYO.)
In Japanese-Language, "日本、関東地方、茨城県".
(It is little bad for us, asking like "where do you live?" or "how years old?" "are you man or woman?" etc... Especially in Internet.) (^_^;)
Oh, but don't worry, my initial is true,of cource.
(Edit2)
To feitclub
Please don't misunderstanding, like this.
I can't tell you about my privacy, but it does not mean "I can't trust you."
I apologize if I went too far, Teri-kun. すみませんでした。If you don't want to answer questions like this, I understand. On some message boards, I do not use my real name. Here, I am comfortable in doing so. That is why I include a link to my webpage, which is all about me.

I noticed that someone voted to "Meh".
May I ask you, why did you vote "Meh".?
Please don't worry, I have no dissatisfaction, and,of cource not angry.
I just want to know the reasons.(^_^;)
If you tell me that points, when I make a improved-version,I can modify that points.
(Now I have no plan about improved-version).
Unfortunately, people sometimes vote without explanation. We are trying to solve this problem. I wouldn't worry about it, since almost everyone else voted Yes.
