What resolution were downloadables at? Last time I was using native and it was stretched by the player. It worked (since I was a senior pubisher), but it's possible to reduce the size by using ctr22 without quality loss. You can still do the HQs.

Если система прекрасно работает вот уже 10 лет, ее можно в корне изменить, только если в ней есть критические косяки. В данном случае их нет. Да и конкуренция опять же: вот возьмешь, сделаешь такой тас с остановками, и сабмишен заминусуют, просто потому что не впечатлило. А шансов не будет. "И в этом, зараза, есть смысл!"

Oh, yes. Except that I don't know how most of the games must actually behave. So even if I see a bug, I won't recognize it, since it'd require playing the same games on hardware as well. I personally think that all the bugs that are possibly there (so far I saw none of the bugs from PCSX core) can be tolerated after all the real benefits that are there already. And testing is up to users afterwards, so that people not meeting bugs could start enjoying it.

Judging by turska's logic, it is totally impossible to improve a Vault run so much that the new one will go to Moons. Don't we still see the flaws of it?

I absolutely disagree with vaulting this. Feedback is nearly perfect, votes are nearly perfect. You say they are off because of the factors that you are unable to detect with certainty. What if it's not so? What if people actually answered the question and did like the run? You say, no they didn't, they were mistaken in the posts and votes. Then why the heck do we have them for, if they can be so arbitrarily ignored by judge's will?
Borderline cases are serious business (Vault something poorly received until it gets good ratings, Moon something unclear until it's rated poorly, and then switch tiers with proof), but this one is in no way a borderline case!

I honestly don't understand. Are they going to switch plugins for certain areas only? If not, there's always a regular build. Also, if they want quality, let them play the damn thing in PCSX :D Am I still missing something?

Oh, ability to switch plugins? Nah, I replaced all callbacks, and I'm not a coding pro to do things right, when dealing with dll interface and stuff, since it's no longer dll in PSXjin. I don't see problems with just using 2 executionals.
