Still looks like you lose vertical speed flying up from under the corner. Is it true?

Totally contradicts with my link.

This guy was offered to become a partner though he plays formally copyrighted games.

You need to fix the slot value only once (then you load the movie, open tasedit, it shall now export with correct value). Also, you can use "Save project as" option instead of exporting fm2.

Looks okay. The only thing I'd suggest to check is precise speed control. For example, you can lose a pixel if you hit a corner of the platform and wait until Wolverine flies over it. Try to avoid hitting the platform, to be above the corner with non-zero speed already. How many speed levels does this game have? Also, the RAM speed value can drop away all floor ejections, so that you won't see how much speed you gained with these. That's why you may need a script displaying actual sprite speed, calculating it from the previous frame position. EDIT: Fix your movie's header.

Hmmm... I don't think PSX movie can really beat Sonic in Genesis emulation.

"how does it work", "why it happens, not how" and "how does it happen" are 3 different things, to be exact. And some of them are kinda incompatible. I doubt you can get an answer on the question you can't formulate.

If Ilari or sgrunt won't mind, I can teach you to make fast encodes. In fact subtitles can easily be added, and even logo. We just need to prepare the proper script (to drag to VD).

You can as well do a simple fast encode via VirtualDub and AVISynth, making lossless dump from emulator >= 720p and reducing framerate. But this way you hardly are able to add subtitles and logo to make these encodes truely official. Though they are really very fast to do. Why we prefer higher definition for YT? Because the lower difinition the video has, the more poor quality it gets after YT's reencoding. I mention that because it's not trivial at all - to make official HD and SD encodes.

Timelimit is default restriction for new accounts, but you can go to the "Upload video" page and follow the link suggesting you to enter your phone number to get confirmation code. As for the videofiles, some of them aren't suitable for YT uploading since hey have duplicate frames removed, so audio would desync due to various framerate. THough, I don't know which ones are really dedupped, and which are not. And we hardly can expect HD encodes for obsoleted movies (if they weren't notable) I think.

Aglar (6 movies) Randil (3) feos (3) MESHUGGAH (3) The rest players have 2 or less. http://tasvideos.org/MoviesFrom2011ByAuthor.html EDIT: To make it clear, I personally nominate ONLY Aglar from this short list. Please don't count the rest 3 players as my nomination. EDIT 2: I really didn't mind nominating myself. I take part in awards for the first time, I didn't even watch what was happening here a year ago. Please excuse if this looked improperly.

I don't get why at all we need any GLITCH definitions in a branch name. When we just keep glitch abuse as a category, it may contain level skips, but the whole game flow remains relatively normal. While the runs marked as GLITCHED break the whole thing so heavily that you aren't able to understand what's happening anymore, they can cut several levels at once, or stuff like that. Rockman 2010 stands on kinda borderline between heavy glitch abuse as a category and "glitched" branch. If after the first DelayStageClear event we saw credits - it'd definately become "glitched" branch. And there's another side, when the glitches commonly used in a run become way too wild, there can appear a "low glitch" branch, as we saw with Sonic. So, the current situations with branches looks perfect to me.

Looks like SM really deserves 5 branches. Or did I miss something?

Let me just second that post. The current version of this glitched run is a simple stroke of a genius. Nothing shall be added.
