I say that it isn't about knowing the password, but about the fact that the set task includes the stuff before the password. So I am in fact saying that an even earlier reset point would be fine.

Just use Flash for the animation, it is both widely supported and supports the normal rgb colorspace.

I don't think that taking damage looked sloppy, just plain stupid. As for the hack, from the limited stuff we see in this submission, it's ugly, the textures look like puke. And the level design we get to see isn't interesting either.

We have no rule against reusing work as long as you have permission from the original author. I'd say that when it is the same guy it's kinda obvious that he has permission from himself to do so.
