2 games so far showing glitches, resident evil 1 directors cut keeps popping up with control configuratiion during game play and medal of honor 1 does not aim up during game play, anyone know whats going on?

I am having the issue while i am playing the game, the control options keeps popping up, sometimes constant, then sometimes often, how do i fix this?
