I'm just wondering, why does the video plugin affect synching when the movie file is just a series of button presses without any video related info?

I personally think it's a little too similar, as the main difference is the Battle Frontier which wouldn't get finished anyways.

That's odd, my original copy runs fine, but when I download that one and play it, it desynchs for me as well.

Because then everything related to one game is all together and is easy to find.

Yes, some moves just have a waiting period between you selecting the attack and them getting attacked, even with animations off.

Get this; NO ONE AGREES WITH YOU. Let me ask you, do you enjoy being argumentative and contrarian? Since you refuse to suck it up after you've been owned so hard, that's the only possible conclusion.
So if other people don't like his opinion he should change it all of a sudden? Just because most people like the movie doesn't mean everyone suddenly has to agree with them; different people have different opinions. Also, why do you care? One person didn't like the movie. One person. Out of the 115 people that voted, that's almost insignificant, and you are making a really big deal out of nothing. Anyways, what kind of indication of how good the movie is would your vote be if you simply changed your opinion to represent the side that was winning in the poll?

Looked good, maybe something intresting will come of not being able to always use UFO. I'm also amazed at how little the lag in this game is compared to Kirby's Adventure.

Wow, I'm completely shocked. Awesome movie. Of course, now I will be very upset if the next one doesn't have a courtyard BLJ directly to the third bowser fight ;)

Awesome run, I didn't think your first was this improveable. BTW, Machop's Hidden Power was Ghost type, 42 power.

Was looking for how to do the BLJ in SM64, and googled mario tricks. Took the first result on the list, and went from there. It still took me forever to find out how to BLJ, though.

Meh, I got bored and made this. It's basically a movie (Although not that great, it's my first try TASing SSB) showing all the characters and levels in battles with three level nine computers. I'm not sure whether it aims for time, entertainment, both, or neither, so you might want tp decide that while you watch.

Yes... IIRC, no one's ever done testing as to whether it's faster to beat that 2-pokémon trainer and walk back to the mart as compared to beating the 4-pokémon trainer. If the deathwarp adds anything, then it looks even better.
I honestly have no idea what you're talking about.
There's a spot where you can go and fight a trainer with two pokemon, or one with four. Unfortunately, going to fight the trainer with two pokemon moves him right into the path, making you either fight the trainer with 4 as well, or backtrack to a building. Here's an idea: How about saving the game then restarting it to move the trainer back into position?

Fainting in front of the trainer from a battle doesn't work, as the trainer never gets a chance to see you. I suspect the same for poison.

Some moves take longer to work even with animations off.

How about a long jump from the gray falling blocks to the star? You can grab ledges with wall-jumps, right?

I don't really do speed cubing either, but a better cube could probably put me under 1:00.

Would it work with a dive at the end of the last jump, maybe saving a few frames?

Wow. It takes me about 1:20 for the 3x3x3s, and half the time when I do a 5x5x5, I get stuck with two edge pieces flipped and I can't figure out how to fix it.
