Use the "start avi capture" function and then compress it with divx or xvid in virtualdub, which gives mediocre quality but fast and ideal for WIPs.

I've gotten TT using only Pipsy. Fossil canyon and the hover courses are hard, but it's doable.

Straferunning doesn't work for all fpses, it's been fixed in most of the newer ones.
