https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/280806848909541376/813019997458137088/levelheaded_0001.bps Patch to vanilla SMB1 ROM. TAS competition: Beat world 1 Timing starts from power-on and ends when all sprites are invisible after touching the axe in 1-6. L+R is not allowed. In some places, you have to slow down to pass Spinies and Bullet Bill cannons. There's also lag frames! I am making my own TAS as well, with the current time as I'm posting this being 3:59.506. The winner is the first competitor to beat me! The time required to beat for a win may drop down as I improve my own TAS.

Back in 2004, sub 5 minutes was thought as impossible. Now 4:53 is thought as impossible. But no one knows the limits...

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28227674/TAS/SMB3/ide.png Anyone who's curious can see my Excel IDE as of today, which includes most of the code used in the movie, and some (Zelda music code) that wasn't.
