That's not it. I suspect that VBA is stopping the game just before the copyright info, when the screen flashes white. Could just be going white for some other reason, though...

Changing the save type works for neither versions listed in the topic. The reason I need this is that I plan to make a hack of Ruby and this is the only thing in the way, and the biggest thing that could be in the way. I need a way to test the game >_> Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Every time I boot up this ROM, VBA goes into a blank white screen. I was told to come here for answers on this from the chat. Can anyone else play with this combination of VBA version and ROM? If not, does anyone know a different one that works? Or are my VBA settings messed up >_>?
