Sorry, but my German is even worse than your English, so I have no idea what you're talking about.

Do you, per chance, have a long neck?

What Upthorn did was made on a per-game basis. While he has been working on a universal hitbox display, it's obvious it will still not be applicable to all games since they track hitboxes differently, or have multiple hitboxes per player character.

Pipe bug's explosion doesn't cause damage, which is why you can jump right through it if you want to. Coming to think of it, I can't name many enemy whose explosion does damage you. The only one I can think of offhand is the kago spore.

Ugh, let go. It's already bad when SM experts quarrel and argue over stupid things, but when others chime in just to take part in flaming and bashing, that's even worse. :\

Uh, wait, can't you use the values that are already on the screen?

And these freaks of nature are… uhh… submarine metroid and hoverbike metroid. Also, I didn't get the awfully long refilling sequence a minute before the end. Couldn't you refill on the other enemies that were on the way?

Ahahaha BFG metroid! Damn, figuring out an optimal route must be a pain.

Pro mode all the way. It's not like you should be worrying about authenticity or score continuity in a playaround. Oh, and preferrably, don't shoot; instead, try doing as many things as possible with the force pod (I haven't yet watched your attempt, though).

Ten hours left until Large Hadron Collider activation. Do you think the result will be of global importance?

You don't give birth to yourself, your mother does. Killing yourself implies that you have already been born, doesn't it.

why exactly can't a super missile go through a gate if it's on the left side as easily as if it was on the right side? is there something special about hitboxes or something?
It can. It's just that there are no right-sided gates in the game that have enough runway before them.

I realize this is pretty nonspecific, but what things do you find funny? For example..TV shows, websites, stuff like that.
Aside from normal humor, I find some things funny that most people don't find funny, and vice versa. It's quite hard to specify. I like amusing things, irony, etc. I don't like most jokes that put someone/a group into weird light, such as blonde/negro jokes or Chuck Norris jokes. As an exception, I do like some lightbulb jokes, such as this one about lojbanists: Q: How many Lojbanists does it take to change a broken light bulb? A: Two: one to decide what to change it into, and one to figure out what kind of bulb emits broken light.
I guess a lot of TASVideos members are like that, including me.

I see. Our favorite joke is to take lame "jokes" and make them lamer. It's some kind of fad. As if I didn't know that already. :|
I think a lot of people who have read this will appreciate not only this video, but especially many of the comments on it. http://youtube.com/watch?v=Zc1Js9P3urw
Excellent post, snorlax! I especially enjoyed the first 20 lines. Please continue to post like that.

Still, if you were going for lowest completion time, you could have done without the sidequests/best endings. Otherwise, you should find what are the exact prerequisites for the best ending, and ignore everything else (but to be honest, running as small Blue is so much faster and more entertaining). Also, if you take damage where you didn't plan to, you must load a state and redo it. Otherwise, the movie would be rejected in no time due to inconsistency and/or sloppiness, had you submitted it. If using small Blue wherever possible, I'd estimate a publishable quality any% TAS (with whatever bad ending) to end at around 10-11 minutes tops.

It definitely can't have anything to do with stylistic choices used in this run compared to the previous. …Oh wait.

Wow, you really can't use search function, huh. >_> http://tasvideos.org/forum/t/1711 Also, Axelay 100% kills is impossible due to exceptionally wide horizontal panning. Not to mention that it will generally be boring due to how slow and easy the game is.

Ok, what the hell. This is really why we need a glitchless version, I guess. And yes vote for utter brokenness!

It's likely implementable for low%, since with my current route I'll be pretty much maxed out by that moment. Good call.

I never agreed with the three-movies-per-game limit, but it doesn't automatically mean every game has to have more movies now. It's not enriching the site's content when a game that has one boring movie instead has several, or a game that has one movie gets another that is 90% identical to the previous.

If one person has been banned, this is unjust to the everyone else who hasn't. I say we either ban everyone, or no-one.

Hmm, this is odd. It should be a speedrun, yet you remained normal size for about 80% of the time, while small Blue is like 1.5 times faster and jumps much higher. You don't need to kill many enemies or collect much stuff on your way, anyway, since most items are completely useless for a TAS, except those increasing speed. Also, why did you take damage in some boss fights?
