No. I mean that in both cases, the screens will be of the exact same size. Horizontal alignment will not look better (and certainly not in case with sidescrollers, just test it for yourself).

They won't really be any better, believe me. YouTube's maximum resolution for SD content is 480x360 (accessible via high quality switch or adding "&fmt=18" to the video link). Whether you make two videos on top of each other or side by side, their total pixel count will be 98304 (256*192*2). Both 256x384 (stacked videos) and 512x192 (side by side) will be reduced in resolution to fit into 480x360 bounds. In both cases the resulting video will have a total pixel count of 86400, or 12% reduction. To sum up, putting them side by side won't make them larger, clearer, or otherwise better. Putting them vertically as the DS displays it has a benefit described in this very sentence.

By that reasoning, though, GB/SGB/GBC/GBA should be changed to NGB/NSGB/NGBC/NGBA... :p
No, no, no, don't get me wrong. "Nintendo" is the part of the console's name as much as in the case of "Nintendo Entertainment System", "Nintendo 64", and so on.

Well, I can't say I was terribly impressed by the run or the game in general, but it wasn't bad, either. Bonus points for being a first DS TAS! Btw, adelikat, I have some nitpicking to do: the platform acronym should be "NDS", not just "DS".

I propose glitchless instead of all bosses. All bosses is the same stuff as this, except twice longer. Glitchless is going to be about 3.5-4 hour long, which I suppose will satisfy everyone entertained by grinding.

That might be due to color palette used. NES only had what, 48-something simultaneous colors onscreen? Tile-based graphics layout also helps a lot with motion estimation. Have you tried Genesis and GBx titles yet?

Compressed streams aren't even supposed to be compressible. There must be a mistake somewhere, because ZIP compressing FLAC 4 to 1 is pretty ridiculous by itself.

When I did lossless for Double Dragon 2, the size I got (video only) was 12.7 MB. Maybe it's the settings I use? Again I can post the file if you would like.
Actually, your commandline would be more interesting to see.

Isn't it a corna? It's used to expel demons or something like that.

Idea: How about a compromise: Have both questions at the same time. And while at it, make both questions have the 5 suggested answers (ie. yes, weak yes, etc.)
This idea is probably the best compromise. I agree with it. But I still believe ratings should be normalized regardless.

Right, it's also pretty useless without the elaboration.

Something like "I don't think this movie should be published, voting yes!" sounds a bit strange.
I'm decently sure I've read "I like this movie but I don't think it should be published here" a lot of times before.

While we're at it, I can tell my opinion on the questions. The reason "do you like it" was a good question is that the audience — those guys and gals that actually watch movies and stuff — can mainly like or dislike the site's content. The latter should be liked by the audience, otherwise the site is being useless. Therefore, the question was actually right. The site isn't about publishing, it's about likable content. "Do you think this should be published" is a kind of question for the judge to answer. However, in this particular case, what exactly do we need judges for if we have the audience play their role? Shouldn't we abolish the judgment system altogether as redundant, much to Enhasa's joy? I'm not saying this is necesarily a good idea, but I am asking for opinions on why should it stay if the question is asked this way.

Why did you register four accounts (djs, djstorchy, torchydjs, and this) instead of one? Are you being silly?
