Here it is. Good luck with this run. Should be easy and fun. I'd be glad to help out with anything you need, if you want.

You can use my oft-copied and pasted 70 star list if you want. Most of the stars should be the same.
But was that created with a non blj route in mind?
Yep. I even started a (pretty suboptimal) WIP, along with the route. It's somewhere in this topic...somewhere.

Since zOMG found how to get 12.2 on the secret slide. Will the up and coming 120 star TAS use it?
Nope. Takes seconds to set up.

BoB for sure... SSL probably, if there's a good BLJ spot somewhere for it. Ditto LLL, though nothing comes to mind.

btw, is "lookdown" necessary to use? i think rising tempest said it was useless in a TAS.
If this is true, I think it would warrant a complete restart; it'd make it about 10 times more entertaining.

I love all this freaky running and flying and look forward to seeing more of it, but where is my new 0-star run, guys? Get on it!
I don't think the flying trick has a use in the 0 Star TAS, but it should be quite useful in the 120 star.
Multi-minute-savingly useful.

Extremely awesome. Can't wait for Surface (Silo more, though). Why do you have two controllers enabled, though? Edit: SL explained.

Also thought it was kickass, especially Facility. I made an encode of Facility for Comicalflop last night because it desynched for him; maybe it can be helpful to others. And I strongly agree with SL that Aztec and Egypt should be included.

Can anyone give a definitive answer to why there are collision fields off the map in BOB?
By that, you're asking why Mario can run around and bump into stuff when he BLJs OOB in BoB? If so, I believe it's a textureless image of the level. This also happens when you do it in BBH and HMC. If you BLJ OOB into Hazy Maze Cave, and you start running and jumping around the new, completely black area that you get warped into, after a few minutes it becomes pretty obvious that the area is the exact same place as the HMC Dorrie area, minus any water or textures. That's my theory, anyway. I mentioned it a long while back (I think), but no one really paid much attention.

or in CCM its possible that it could be used in the cccless run to get to the top of the mountain and in the chimney without getting the coins. Or possibly the most useful thing would be to use the super massive jump to get to the top of the castle in RR. It's probably not possible, but it's worth a shot.
With which wing caps? :P

Thanks. The one thing that I've always wondered about a published playaround would be what the grounds might be for it's "obsoletion". If it were based purely on entertainment for people to vote "Yes" or "No" on it, I think we'd have a new submission every day or so. If it were barred from being obsoleted, it would quickly get boring and people would start demanding a new one. Just my thoughts.

This sounds awesome. Three questions: Is RT doing this improvement with you, or is it just yourself? How much did you beat the old Dam by? So your PD project is now dead?

Probably Bisqwit is a Trinitarian (someone who adheres to this doctrine). Some Churches are not even allowed to sell you God's mercy if you don't believe in the Holy Trinity, so maybe he's just playing it safe with that signature.
Oh, this makes more sense (in the context of it being Bisqwit's sig). Thanks for clarifying.

WIP - 33 Stars Done (what ShinyDoofy posted) Anyway, so yeah, there it is. I'm redoing much of it (for the last time..) because of all the new timesavers, but this should give you a good idea of what's been going on with it. Enjoy, and any/all feedback is appreciated. I'll try to answer any questions about it, but just keep in mind that all the obsolete stuff will be redone.

Another movie which requires a bit of paying attention to not to get lost is Memento.
Or you can get the DVD which plays the whole thing in reverse chronological order as a special feature. Kills the point of the movie (and the genius behind it), but it makes it somewhat more understandable.

If you made a full coinless run at some point, wouldn't it still have to be a 5-coin run because of Mario Gets The Coins in the Sky one? If so, I would do that level first off the bat and just get it over with.
Someone did. If you mean getting all 120 stars coinless, there's more than just 'Mario Wings to the Sky' that prevents you from doing it.

Works fine for me. Try enabling compatibility mode, maybe?
This seems to work. Thanks.
