Yeah, mz... this version is really the best... except that it doesn't seem to like the shift+8 function, and it crashed on me like 4 times when I tried to rewind the movie wnile recording, and gives some weird eternal pause sometimes and the only way to get out of it is loading a savestate (but it would eventually pause again in the end... if it didn't crash). So now I always stop the movie before watching it. And I'm playing Castlevania SotN.

Atma, I guess you have 2 options left: 1- get someone who has the original cd to make the required files for the plugin; 2- Switch to the US version, which doesn't require subchannel reading at all. Remember I said my Megaman X4 ccd image had a .sub file? It's useless, because I guess the recoreder the guy used to rip it wasn't capable of reading subchannels.

Yeah, to send all enemies to oblivion we'll need to use 2 players. I guess there's no way to skip enemies that enter the screen walking, but I didn't expect things would be that easy anyway.

well, if you mount your image with daemon on alcohol, it works flawlessly. EDIT: Bug Report... Default folder problem. When you run it for the first time, it crashes if you just press the OK button in the Record Input window. That's because the default path isn't set. This is the registry key:
