Most definitions of pacifism I've seeen refer to killing being unjustifiable even in self defense. Because the knight was hit, but not killed, and only done to avoid damage I think it still fits.

I don't think you know what a warpless run is. "This is a warpless run" 30 seconds later: Takes a warp. Lol.

Am I reading this right or is it a glitch with the new site? You made this TAS with 0 rerecords?

Movie doesn't beat existing records and clearly unoptimized.

This really deserves to be Stars in my opinion.

Frankly speaking, SM 1 was way more entertaining than SM 2. Various sections just made me skip them, like those with Black Cat. Beating the boss (38:15) in 1 hit was great though. Weak Yes vote!
But... You always beat the boss in 1 hit.

I did not find this movie entertaining mostly due to the end stage early stuff. I think that ruins most of the entertainment aspect for me (even with the graphics fix it’s still unsatisfying). I would much rather see a movie that avoids them, I think that would be much more entertaining to watch. No vote.
Okay but did you really need to vote 0 on this TAS for both technical and entertainment??

There's a massive difference between presenting an 8-minute movie and a 70-minute one.
Watched all 3 and I think this is the main reason for SSBB to not get the flag. There's more awesome content in its entirety, but it's just too long to serve as a first-time showcase. SSBM is almost 9 times shorter, but it's very slightly less impressive, if at all.
Que me pointing out that a movie longer than most theatrical releases is "recommended for newcomers" already. Also Melee adventure mode doesn't even have Stars tier but it's recommended? Really?

Easy yes vote. I wonder if this glitch has applications in the Pacifist/Minimalist run too?

Oh and when I said Mega Man & Bass I meant 100 CDs. Honestly the length is deceptive, a lot of that can just be skipped because it's cutscenes with no game play. It defintely doesn't feel like it drags at all. EDIT: And also a run that's literally feature lenght movie length is already newcomer recommended so I really don't think a run a third the length of Yoshi's world should be not counted due to length.

I would like to put my 2 cents in. Mega Man & Bass or Mega Man 1 are the only 2 Mega Man TAS's that make sense to be newcomer IMO. Mega Man & Bass is the sweet spot between clearly TAS only ridculoous movement and glitches without going into code manipulation territory, while Meg aMan 1 is literally the first TAS I watched like 10 years ago that made me even interested in TAS in the first place. Perhaps a Mega Man 1 TAS that doesn't manipulate the code (I don't know the technical term) but still has glitches would be a good candidate as well.
