Possibly new? If it is, could it be useful at all? I could see it helping skip the need of Jump in a lot of places, and could also be used to climb walls under open ceilings (such as the Magic Container room in Death Mountain) to trigger glitches by walking along the ceiling/fairying. Any ideas, Inzult?

Well, I won't link another video then, in case Sammerz gets mad, lol.

Eru shows off a new glitch: Superslide! At least I think it's new.

So when are we going to see the new glitched runs? :D

That's what I figured. I've also been tinkering with Left+Right glitches too. One of the neat things I found is going through Palace 2, glitching, and then being put into the middle of Palace 1, but with the blue textures. When Link completes the glitched Palace 1, he exits Palace 2, but it will turn into a rock if the Handy Glove was acquired. It's very weird, and I'm hoping to find something that takes Link directly to the end. There's also a freefalling glitch too. If Link exits a Palace or other area while in freefall (the flashing blue screen), he'll be sent to the top of the next area he enters. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any use of it, except being a way to skip some rooms (ideally for non-TAS runs). I'm not sure if you already knew all this Inzult, but I'm doing things independently anyway, just in case you missed something.

Bump. I have a question about the non-glitched run rules. It only states that Left+Right aren't pressed simultaneously, but are Fairy glitches allowed? For example in the 3rd Palace in the room with the breakable block stairs: If Link uses Jump to go over the top at around the white X and uses Fairy while up there, Link will be sent to above the ceiling of the floor below. By going to the far right of the room and doing the Fairy glitch over the top of the screen, Link can reach the room with the Raft in it, all while skipping the Handy Glove. This game is full of these tricks and not all require Left+Right being used, and though I'm not sure if it would save time, would it even be allowed for the full game run? If so, the route of the current published run could possibly be significantly improved.

Well the thing is each weapon only does 1 damage (so requiring 28 hits), and I'm not sure if it would be boring. But maybe you're creative and can make it amazing! :D The only exceptions to the weakness rule in Mega Man 6 is Flame hits Plant for 2 damage each, and Power on full charge does 2 damage to everyone. It can also be used for additional stun and knockback like in this video. Plant Man also reacts oddly when hit by full powered charges, but the rest, I couldn't find anything neat with them. Again though, maybe you'll find some awesome stuff! Definitely take Feos's suggestion and post WIPs!

I found it a bit bland since all the weapons are really generic and all bosses only have one weakness, unlike the mixed-ness of MM2-4. But if you find some interesting things, by all means, I'd support it. =)

So I have to ask, is anyone working on a new any% run right now? I imagine since a lot of the run would be cutscenes and chunks that have been TASed before, it shouldn't be too bad, but I imagine with sub-optimal quality, there will end up being a giant frame war.

Looks great and yes vote, but why do you jump late at 0:50? Does that save time somehow because it looks a wee bit sloppy.

There have been some TASes of Challenge mode for a high score done by PersonOnEarth. http://www.youtube.com/user/PersonOnEarth He's only done some of them, and mainly, a lot of Koopa-less levels (castles) as he's said he's not a superb TASer.

I made a freerun TAS of SMB3! :D Also, though a bit off-topic, here's a video demonstrating some methods in solving the card game.

I've taken it one step further here. ;D Six of the stages can be completed (can't do Bright or Ring), and many of the Cossack and Wily stages can be completed too. There is some ordering required however, such as Toad has to be before Dive.
