Similar to GDQ, TASGiving will be hosted on twitch. We do have a handful of people who will be in the same room together handling production, but we are currently an online-only event. We do have announcers who will read donations and speak to the viewers about upcoming runs, our guests would be the runners and staff, we will be having interviews this event, and we are working with NAMI and will be promoting their efforts throughout the event.
If you'd like to see videos of last year's event, there is a playlist on dwangoAC's youtube channel
here There aren't too many that are not specifically related to the games being run, however the preshow
here does introduce people and explain the event.
Last year we did have a little bit of interaction between hosts, runners, commentators, and chat, but I don't believe anything formal is planned specifically on the TASGiving staff side at this time. If a runner or commentator would like to interact with chat, that's just fine, and we can work to facilitate.
