Eh... it's impressive, but I didn't really find it that entertaining. I'm not really sure. I kind of think that these kind of total control movies that just sort of muck about seem more fit to silly YT videos than TAS. Using total control as a playaround just doesn't feel genuine. I'm not particularly wowed by being able to do all these CRAZY THINGS once you've already broken into the game, because nothing is going to give off that shocking "oh man, how was he able to do that" that a non-tc TAS would. It's obviously not trivial, but it doesn't really blow me away. Not voting.

Oh dear. I completely forgot about this. Don't worry, I'll have an improvement by the weekend, just been crazy busy and I'm... not giving a crappy NES game that much priority.

Heh, my ass has been pre-emptively kicked. (Between this and the pound level in Garfield and his Nine Lives, I'm beginning to think I overlook things - to put it mildly :P)
Don't worry, I'm dedicated to this game and its, er, legions of fans. I'll make an improvement - anything to put off having to write a submission text. ;) The RTA I see has some other tricks I missed, like pressing select during the platforming parts to deplete energy even further, so I might do a complete overhaul while splicing in the usable stuff I have. Keep your eyes peeled.

Is there any reason you decided to rip into a four-year-old abandoned WIP of a guy who hasn't posted here in years? There was no reason to be so cruel.
EDIT: I'm gonna edit this in here instead of having another post. I dunno, I just think it's a bit harsh. I'm sure Bhezt Rhy didn't intend to make such an unoptimal TAS, and he's long gone. If my TAS was torn into I wouldn't much like it. I dunno if I should be the one pointing the finger here, but can't we all try to be cordial? : )

Obedience level accounts for roughly one half of the improvement. Other improvements: killing the Odie clones to avoid having to jump over them twice, and climbing the stairs quicker in the kitchen. Looked over the other levels but found nothing.

I'm alive. Going to look at the improvements soon. By the way, Garfield does not move any slower in the air, and the jump at 4:11 that hits a brick is simply because you have to jump to avoid the text box.

No :( Sadly beating the boss is programmed to bump you to the far left. (If you beat him on the left side, you get bumped to the far right, and Arlene comes in from the left.)
I think you're on to something here. I'll have a look!
Unfortunately, the hitbox for the fridge is rather big. As you can see at the start of the fight, there are a ton of tentacles, and although hitting the fridge with food does AWAY with these tentacles, their hitbox never vanishes.
No. If you don't hit the food, it'll just go away, and then the fridge attacks you again.
Thanks for the feedback!

MY first TAS! Is there anything else I need to do? Tried following the submission texts of other recent movies, but there wasn't much else to write about...
