That's pretty cool, that kind of remind me what happened on console long ago, I was able to get Crono to get up before bell ring again. Maybe that script skipping apply to that too? I could be wrong or don't remember correctly, I just remembered that something "different" happened at Crono and Marle collision.

I couldn't enjoy it, but it was "interesting" enough to get Meh rather than No.

Took me a while to figure out how to bypass "SCEA" screen on PCSX. Once I "Play" your movie, then intro started playing (choppy movie).. I hit "start", it jumped to LoD title screen with "new game, load game, option." Apparently playback isn't playing? Yes I did choose Movie -> Play before load CD (with or without bios)

Click Movie -> Play (pick movie I created, click play) 11. Click File -> Run CD Game starts but playback does nothing, no action.

2 gig, I don't really "collect" videos. If I don't watch them anymore, I delete them.

My first attempt was Mega Man 5 (SGB), I stopped working on it because many part of it; I wasn't trying hard enough and pass first 4 bosses were more frustrating (and needs more planning). I still have all the movies collected here.

To some people, they use it to figure out what effect they do to game, and then they narrow it down to see which one of ROM address that did the effect on the game they are looking for. You can do the same concept without using "corrupt" program, you can just open any hex editor and change bytes to something else you want. Like for example, you go to 0x1000 and then hold down 0 a bunch until 0x1500 or so and then save as file.

What are you trying to do? Are you: Making a run on it? Making a request that someone do a run for it? Or Just talking about this game?

F1 - save slot 1 F2 - save slot 2 F3 - save slot 3 F4 - save slot 4 F5 - load slot 1 F6 - load slot 2 F7 - load slot 3 F8 - load slot 4 slot 1 = current TAS slot 2 = the begin of something (start of fight, before jumping off of a platform or so on) slot 3 = best attempt of end of something (end of fight, etc..) slot 4 = begin of whatever stage, etc.. (read-only, use it to play back to certain mistake you do rather than replay whole movie) It's my average and simple TAS method, I think...

At 17,000 with green dinosaur look like could be done faster, you came up to him up close then start to run away from him (spending alot more time to attack that way) 99.9% of runs can't be 100% optimized.

Never played, never heard, never seen it in action. I'm also uninterested because of game title. Maybe you could give some points of interest or features about the game that would be worth watching in TAS?

Is that "Movie - You" going to stay like that? I think I much rather see "Movie's Setting - Your Setting" The disks thing, I just came up thought. I haven't tried this emu before, can you possible make emu prepares multiple ISO before running movie? Like load in FF7 disc 1 (as #1), FF7 disc 2 (as #2), FF7 disc 3 (as #3), then record movie and it records open tray, close tray, changed iso to other #.

Good improvement, it's much more exciting to watch and good use of mirror to get faster time. Yes vote.

Very cool, but I'm not sure how are you planning to keep movie in sync (problem falls in making iso, playing from CD or iso, etc..) If you could manage to get working playback in sync. I'll try do Parasite Eve and Parasite Eve 2 :)

Wow, I get to see it. Heh, I recommended this game long ago here (it was kind of a request). It was huge and hard game; I couldn't finish it myself, but I knew it that it can be finished very fast. I think it's pretty surprisingly faster than I thought. I thought it might be 5 min in TAS but you made it in 2:53. So I'll give it a yes.

This game was made before SGB. SGB itself had preset color for Metroid 2. So pretty much we're stuck with black/white.
