I was going to download Pokémon Battle Revolution sometime in the future, but my antivirus program detected a Trojan program in Pokésav. I won't make a project for the 4th generation in Pokémon.
Anyway, I can still do a project for the 3rd generation with Ciro's Pokémon Maker. I hope that program doesn't fall victim to a Trojan program like in Pokésav.
For the generations 1 and 2, I use a GameShark.
It may be just whatever antivirus program he's using saying it's such. That site runs it though MULTIPLE (41 I believe) scanners, which will give a much better indication.
Edit:
I scanned several versions though the site. I got all of my downloads from Pokestation.

Given almost all of the positives were by really obscure antivirus programs I've never heard of, and the vast majority of them said it was fine, then I'm very likely to believe the results are false positives. I just noticed one by Kaspersky, but even that still seems a bit iffy.
But just like with anything else on the net, use at your own risk.
