BIN image dumped from my copy of the game, MD5sum of 3f7de278b12aaf297377504a840388ad. Works fine in ePSXe 1.7.0. All default plugins.

This game worked perfectly fine for me and another person, using different dumps of the US version. If you have a copy of the game, why don't you try running it without having to dump it to BIN first?

I had thought PCSX didn't support running from CD. Had the same problem, but then I checked the readme and saw the suggestion to use an external BIOS. I did, and that worked.
