Luck manipulation

  • Getting weapon energy and bolts.
  • Enemy's action pattern.
In this game, RNG doesn't change depending on time. How to manipulate RNG that can be manipulated by Rockman's action without waste time is shown below. You can see its appearance at 0x7E00FB (2byte, hex).
  • Hit buster or a part of special weapons to enemy or object.
  • Beat the enemy which have possibility of dropping item.
  • Spread S.Drill once or twice.
  • Use W.Burner in the water.

Faster, more glitchy. Yes from me. Still love that Insta-win against Wiley. About the bugs: Since this game has what, 12 different weapons, It's hard to properly test all possible situations.

(1) Do you mean second attack to boss is not fastest? It delays bit to take damage for active Counter Attacker. (2) I'll check it later. (3) I couldn't get weapon energy from Eddie. Perhaps, it doesn't drop weapon energy.

(1) Takes damage -> attack delays -> late for non-invincible time. Damage from boss is faster than other place. (2) The ceiling is too short to use trick. Moreover, I have to get weapon energy from rabbit. (3) Even if I can get weapon energy form Eddie, it is not fast. Because, Eddie's work is enough long too, necessary attack frequency can't be reduced.

Sliding under the ceiling trick without pause is very difficult, it rarely succeeds. I don't understand accuracy condition for use it. Actually, I couldn't use it only once. (in Tengu Man level) Normally, M.Card can't be used to recover other weapons energy. Because, it is impossible to change to other weapons until return M.Card.

woabclf, do you think you can make a small WIP to demonstrate a possible improvement in the King 2 tank fight? That may help clarify what you mean. Anyway, nice job again with improving this run. It looks very polished. Yes vote. Do you have any plans to improve the current Forte run?

The first stages are okay; from Burner Man's stage onwards it gets EPIC. And when the graphic glitching begins, ... it gets even better. In short, my vote for this movie is the following average (yes + more than yes + more than more than yes) / 3

Something I noticed recently: Why are we calling these games by the English name, but the branches/characters by their Japanese names? Right now we have publications listed like 'Mega Man & Bass "Rockman"', which just seems weird and inconsistent. If we are calling the game "Mega Man & Bass", then the characters would logically also be referred to as "Mega Man" and "Bass", instead of "Rockman" and "Forte" as they are currently.

Good point... honestly either it is always English or it is always the original name. But if it is always original name, a lot of it will be in Japanese, lol. I dunno. Edit: I think this should be a new topic of discussion.
