Nothing showed up in search so... Time Slip is a side scrolling shooter where you control a guy with tight pants who has to kill aliens or he will never be born. I made a WIP of this, about 26-27 minutes with entering my name at the end. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9189835/Time%20Slip%20WIP.smv SNES9Xrr 1.43 v17 I found a trick where you can fire on every frame because there are 2 fire buttons. I think most of the boxes can be manipulated depending on your TGS amount. BB seems to be the best weapon, and BZ is pretty much useless except on snakes. There are 2 auto scrolling levels which can't be sped up. I'm planning on redoing it or parts to try to squeeze out more gems and fix up the Egyptian level. If you can spot any improvements I'd greatly appreciate it. Enjoy!

Looks pretty nice. The movement speed feels a little weird... like the game was meant to have some sort of run function but it got omitted or something. o.o I liked the omnidirectional shooting during spare "playaround" time. ...Not much else I can comment on when I don't know about the source game. o.o
First a movie gets submitted, and ends up accepted despite breaking rules other runs have been rejected for. And when I vote less than spectacularly on this movie, I become the victim of harassment and threats. Yay, favoritism.

That's pretty slow going. It feels to me like the protagonist is just out for his morning jog, bopping his head along to the music, and he just so happens to have a gun with him so why not shoot some baddies? I think the game would need to have more interesting movement optimization and/or much more to shoot if it's to make a good TAS. Thanks for encoding the WIP, antd.

Awesome! I remember stumbling on to this game years ago. It seemed too tedious to actually play. However, the TAS doesn't seem too tedious to watch. Thanks for sharing this with us!
