This kanji font looks exactly what I'd imagine when someone says it looks like fly droppings. It's cool *sometimes* :)

Cute.. but where can you get that Japanese font? I'm using Mona, which is nice for reading 2ch... but it doesn't carry the essence of "bad japanese writing" that this font conveys. :)

This font is called Mikachan and is a truetype font (ttf). It can be installed in Debian GNU/Linux by typing "apt-get install ttf-mikachan" and in Gentoo Linux by typing "emerge mikachan-font". The homepage of the font is: http://mikachan-font.com/

Thanks for the link. I have a hell of a time finding Japanese fonts. Do you know of any other free J-fonts?

Nope. I've usually just done a search on "font" in the package database and installed almost everything, without much looking.

I have quite a few Japanese fonts that I could send you, but I don't remember what they are called. I found them online searching "Japanese Fonts" and a site came up that had about 20 different fonts.
