I don't know about others, but ... I cared to watch the video, and ... not sure why you do those double jumps at the beginning of every stage, if you're not gaining any speed from them o_o do you know why the current published video of SMB do that? If you don't, perhaps this page will be useful:

Hm... did you edit the rerecord count? I think some parts of your video were rerecorded, ... there is nothing wrong about that, you can let the number of rerecord tell you how you did improvements, that's why video in this site are so perfect, they're made perfect by the authors... +D
Well, good luck with your game choice, because SMB has way too much info to be studied before starting a new run, and the first one is how to raise his speed to maximum in the minimum amount of frames.... o.o
