Just ask someone who's also interested in the game or TASing the game. If they say yes, you're on a team. You will each do part of the run, and so both of your names will appear when you submit it. Then you will have co-authored a run. Also, welcome to TASVideos!

You would ask someone in the thread of the game you're working on. If there's someone that's been helping you by posting in the thread, ask that person. Otherwise, you can just ask in the thread if anyone wants to make the run with you.
