There is this Power Rangers game for Plug it in and Play systems. You may have heard of the Pac-Man port for this system. Anyways, so I want to TAS an "all quests" run of the Power Rangers game. Could a Plug it in and Play emulator be coded?
If I could have a tool-assisted real life, I'd... Being a novice, I'd probably load the wrong state, have the IRS AI bankrupt me, and eventually make me want to kill myself and redo 11 years of hard work.

Emulator requests are a lot easier made than emulators are coded. A few questions: Has any game been dumped? How much is known about the system? Do the "Plug in and Play" games share components between releases other than the TV plug? (same CPU, PPU ... etc.)

No, I can't think of much offhand, and I have no knowledge of technical stuff (almost).

Sorry to say but I doubt an emulator will show up anytime soon.

My controller looked different, but yeah, something like that.
