I have an idea, we could add N64 and GBA emulation to a future version of Bizhawk. Post your ideas of what console you like Bizhawk to emulate.

If you want to be productive with this thread you should be posting emulators to port into or base a new core around, rather than simply list consoles that are cool to emulate. For a given console, what emulators are out there that are open source? What is the overall accuracy/game compatibility? Have you used the emulator? This kind of thinking would be helpful. I'm doing a bad job of keeping it up to date, but this page attempts to assess emulators for porting in this manner (as well as cores written from scratch). I'm hoping people with edit privileges take it upon themselves to contribute to it.
It's hard to look this good. My TAS projects

If GBA was ported, would it be possible to work with Dolphin?

Your counterargument would be like me saying that the Earth is round and then you telling me that I need to show it's flat so I can "prove us all wrong".
Seems legit.

I... what? I don't understand what you're saying. There are a few possible options for GBA emulation under examination, but what does that have to do with Dolphin?

RachelB explained what was meant by this to me. It's certainly a possibility, I'd have to look into it. If our eventual GBA core is flexible enough, I'd hope that these sort of additions would be possible, but we'll see..

Yeah, even loading a GBC game in GBA mode is a possibility for a few games like Shantae..

How would bizhawk tingle tuner + dolphin work from a TASing perspective? bizhawk would freeze and frame advance dolphin at the same speed it is, or vice versa?
