There's really not so much choice here... there are only a handful of authors who did more than one run, and there's even only just one with more than two. I nominate mtvf1. His MegaMan Battle Network TASes are quite nice.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

I'd nominate BioSpark. He TAS'd a very long game, which also requires a lot of route planning, and precision throughout.

This was a tough choice, but for the best GBA TASer for the year it would have to go with nominating Mukki. He shows that he works on his TASes until there is no more things to improve. BioSpark is another nomination as well for similar reasons.

Why was the page link in Ilari's post removed? I'd like to still see every run the TASers did, if possible.
