OK, so people started to submit stuff like in #3753... I thought: I can do that too with a game like Galaxian...
So, let's kill the bastards a.s.a.p.
You might think it's quicker to shoot the attacking alien as it saves time... but that also means your timing to move to the right place gets messed up... And yes, there's quite some varying lag... you can't directly shoot when the bullet is back... at least not always.
I hope you enjoy it.

Ilari: After some messing with openMSX, I got a dump...

It seems pretty optimal (if it really isn't faster to shoot them up close every time). Is it possible to luck-manipulate them to go down more? If so, it seems that might still possibly speed up some of them. Looks vaultable.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

This brings back memories, although I'm far more familiar with the Atari 7800 version of Galaga. Definitely worth adding to the vault assuming it's optimal. A.C. ******

I suppose this is an endless game that just repeats after stage one?

I challenge someone to improve it, dwangoAC! Radiant: yeah, just the flag count is increased and there you go all over again.

I wasn't entertained, so I voted No, but this looks pretty optimal. It would be a good movie for the Vault.

So, why did #3753 get moon tier and this one is now 66% no?
