I had this game as a kid, really hard game. I still have to slowmo during some fights.
I've been trying to research abit, all I could find was a bunch of stage passwords which isn't useful at all.
I might post a test TAS here soon.
Interesting stuff:
You have to choose level order.
There are upgrades/items you can find on "side missions".
After each stage you get money depending on how well you did. Using special attacks seem to reduce your money income.
With these money you can purchase upgrades for: Ammo, Sword, Armor, Kung Fu, Serum.
Serum is basically a limited time you have to complete a stage. (Probably won't be a problem in a TAS).
You have 2 "HP" bars, one is called AP and the other HP. I'm not sure what's the difference between them yet.
There are lots of different moves/attacks/combos.
Enemy movements seem random however enemy spawns does not.
IGN wrote that the game has multiple endings, I cannot confirm this yet as I haven't finished the game.
I found a game genie code for debug mode, but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
