Hello Guys, Im using the latest version of BizHawk ( 1.5.3 ) OS is Windows 8.1 Gamepad: http://www.amazon.de/CSL-Gamepad-Controller-Notebook-Retro-Design/dp/B00HFQGRP4/ref=pd_sxp_grid_i_0_1 Now Ive got a lot of questions =) :3 1. How do i setup my controller in the right way? When i press the B or A Button, then the Emulator press also the other Button ( B, if you press A, and A if you press B ). The same problem for X and Y. Thats quite stressful to play Mega Man X with it :P ( EDIT: Using my XBOX Controller does not have this problem :/ ) Every other Button works well, i see that by looking @ the input display from the emu. 2. How can i rewind? If I press the rewing button, the game starts over ^^ I just want to try to have another chance by taking mistakes :D 3. Does the EMU support GBA Games? Just reading about GB, but i find nothing about the GBA?! 4. How do i disable the white/black "crizzle" screen, if no rom loaded? So.. thats all for the start and thanks for watching my thread := If you have something to ask me, ask :D Grtz Chrille

1. By going into the config > controllers, like every other emulator. Controllers other than xbox pads can never work without manual configuration. 2. If you havent gone into config > controllers then I doubt you've gone to config > hotkey where you would discover the rewind hotkey, so I wonder how you think you know what the rewind button was. At any rate you may need to enable it with config > rewind and enable medium savestates 3. judging from my attempts to load a .gba game, an experiment which you could replicate, no. 4. you can't

Hm. I see in SNES controller configuration: - X1 X -> P1 Y - X1 Y -> P1 X - X1 A -> P1 B - X1 B -> P1 A Perhaps this might be the problem? I don't know if the key configuration can be changed here. NES and Game Boy controller configuration also have: - X1 A -> P1 B - X1 B -> P1 A Sega Master System controller configuration also has: - X1 B -> P1 B1 - X1 A -> P1 B2 but I don't know if this is correct or not.

The default rewind key is Shift+R. Ctrl+R is reset (reboot core). It can be changed in Configure Hotkeys.

There is no option to disable this screen. See also http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13361 .

When i configure the controller by myself, ive got this https://www.dropbox.com/s/i7fyo2qan19t354/Screenshot%202014-02-12%2000.23.52.png Its look wrong :/ and.. its not work! Ive try to set it up in the controller config but im glad for help Thanks for the other answers =) Grtz Chrille EDIT: I dont know why, after some "misadventure" @ the config.ini , now it works fine :/^^ EDIT2: First i have to delete the commands which stay in the config for snes, than i can edit the input easily clear

Unsure about 1.5.3, but SVN version works for GBA. You need the gbabios.rom file in the firmware folder first, and then you'll be able to load your rom. *.gba might not be in the file type list available, but you can select "All files" and it will work.
