uploading a comparison between the old one and new one
Current:
Rayman 3 maybe? idk xD
Paused:
N64 Rayman 2 (with Funnyhair)
GBA SMA 4 : E Reader (With TehSeven)
TASVideos is like a quicksand, you get in, but you cannot quit the sand

By watching got4n's comparison video, I noticed that the newer tas is slightly slower at the beginning. Is this true or is it a fault of the comparison video?
Anyway, nice work!
nah it is my fault XD. because when putting comparison it was some frames faster so I had to put at same time, but looks I failed :/

You probably be better off sync by audio in the beginning since as far as I know, the first part is all the same exact input from MrGrunz previous run.
That MrGrunz guy is a big old jerk. Voting no!
@Aktan
With what plugin did you capture the "the end" screen? Actually looks like it should.
You can't do it much earlier, since you need deku nuts first. You can't do it much later, since you need the shield at the skulltullas. Pausing is always best when in motion, since link will still move a little when the pause screen comes up. But you can't control him during that time, so a sidehop or backflip is ideal.
There might be some manipulating the skulltullas in there... but I kinda doubt it.
You want the warp to count down as fast as possible. It won't count down if it isn't loaded. It isn't loaded when the camera doesn't see it.
I've been doing it for the past few OoT submissions, but since the credits are credits and easy to sync, I used the one I know works with the correct effects, which is Glide64. So it's a splice where the credits is Glide64 while the rest, where sync matters, is Jabo.
Hopefully with Bizhawk, the whole thing will be in Glide64, in which everything would be correct, I think.
Turns out we used to time the run the wrong way. Instead of timing from starting the game to the final hit on ganon, you have to time from file select to the final blow. Because of that the real time is 16:57.69.
SUB 17!!!!!
Getting that reversed camera angle takes 15 frames in which you can't really move. As we can do an instant backwalk there like in Majora's Mask (we can do that everywhere now anyway) backwalking is by far the fastest thing you can do here ;)
I'm sure there's a good reason, but can someone explain to me why during the pause at 9:45 they press Z twice, then equip deku nuts and stick, then press Z, then equip shield, instead of R once, equip shield, R once, equip deku nuts and stick? Seems like two rotations would be faster than three.
A warb degombs the brangy. Your gitch zanks and leils the warb.

You should watch carefully again. We rotate only twice.
