Link to video ^Very old video of the full game. A TAS of this could be interesting. Heres the full description of the video:
My first Tool Assisted some fast enough for only harder but easy to hard is 1 hit KO. But puzzle is randomly colour. Here on my information list for play and score and thank by Tool Assisted. Level = Characters = Chains = Skip = Time Play (min to max) Easy = Chikorita = x6 = 0:10 = 11-12 seconds Normal = Cyndaquil = x8 = 3:57 = 12-19 seconds Hard = Totodile = x9 = 10:58 = 15-20 seconds & Stage 11 = 32sec S-Hard = Bellossom = x14+ = 19:17 = 28-41 seconds Intense = Pikachu = x20+ = 31:13 = 36-54 seconds (Scroll up ON) Sorry for small bad quality because for first Tool Assisted as upload but you can see "End Movie" on bottom left of blue word. I remake for real TAS, because not speedrun yet a different way.
Although it's not actually a speedrun, he wrote some interesting things about the characters and difficulties, so... it could be interesting I guess!

finish a tas man it's just a tip,in case you might think of it as an offense.Focus gets results.
I want all good TAS inside TASvideos, it's my motto. TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.

He's saying focus on one TAS, dont switch around so much. Maybe two TASes but thats after you get a couple submissions done.

This game is not on my TODO list, but I would like to see a published run of it. I'm just posting TASes from other people so everyone can watch them and if some pro TASer wants to jump in. I don't want to...
