Then you apparently stretched the truth, because it wasn't that big of a deal. Yes, I was rude, but not rude enough for you to be an ass and tell everyone about our secret run. Of course, your conception of "fair" is twisted anyway.

I'm sorry. I have nothing against any of you, but this whole thing is BULLSHIT. Quit the fuck arguing about who was bugging who and who has accused who of cheating. This has got NOTHING to do with Super Mario 64, so get this argument out of this thread before I go crazy from this heap of reaking shit.

Anyways, back to the CCCless discussion... As people may already know, hyper speed wallkicks can get you through walls, the element behind that though is probably what kind of wall it is. For example, in this video I was able to get through the "caged based" wall. An odd this I noticed about that though was that there was an invisable wall right behind the cage that could be kicked off of. I am uncertain as to this but if possibly more reasearch was put into this little trick and tested it in certain areas, SL 6 and BBH 6 might prove possible, as stated by others a page ago. As for possibly getting OoB in DDD, you might be able to with a good setup with the wallkicks trick. As I said, I don't know if these are even possible, just stating my ideas so that someome may try and possibly have success.

The reason why mario can 'pass through walls' when at high speed is that mario will never actually be inside it (at frame X he is in front of it, and at frame X+1 he is already behind it)... so ground pounding inside it can't happen

If you made a full coinless run at some point, wouldn't it still have to be a 5-coin run because of Mario Gets The Coins in the Sky one? If so, I would do that level first off the bat and just get it over with.

I'm assuming you mean the wing cap, which isn't required to beat the game. :p

Someone did. If you mean getting all 120 stars coinless, there's more than just 'Mario Wings to the Sky' that prevents you from doing it.

...wow. each of those was awesome. I can't speak as to weather or not they are faster then known methods, but they looked really, really tight.

Also, I found the Whomp's Fortress new starting strategy with the sideflip wallkick. I also found the new way to climb up the tree faster. Both of these are faster than the old ways.

Right, remind me later if you haven't been credited for the the tree method to include you in my video's description. Btw, here's an extra video, not of much use other than for entertainment purposes. Useful for testing the implementation of C^ in non-blj movement http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c42nOWL2qcg&feature=channel_page

Hows the current 120 stars run going?, if it still is going. Isnt mr_robert_z doing one? and if he is, is he just a little bit pissed that by the time he finishes, there will be another billion timesavers available?
Measure once. Cut twice.
