Hello! This will be the official thread to post about the TAS Marathon. Please see the other posts if you want to learn about it. Current idea/WIP:
Everyone will get however much time they want to make a TAS (Everyone that signs up anyway) (TAS must be finished a week before marathon.) and you must TAS a game that has not been TASed before. With your TAS you must include an encode (either by you or another person) which is in the file format of .MOV. (Of your TAS of course.) Now. This TAS must be as entertaining as possible. Any TAS that has been submitted is eligible to be on the stream and be showcased. You can submit as many TASes as you want. The marathon itself will last about 2 nights. Each night will contain many TASes. If we do not get enough TASes to put on then the marathon will have to have current TASes. (BORING!) :)
If you are interested then please post in this thread your game, a link to a download of emulator file and encode, the system, and the branch. Marathon is hopefully scheduled to happen in June of 2015. None of the TASes can be submitted to tasvideos until after the marathon or else other people will know what they look like.
Please submit your best work. You have a LOT of time to finish it. The event is still in the planning stage and I would like any more feedback that you have.
