I saw the Gradius II partial run and greatly enjoyed it. The use of the options are magnificent. I'm sure the expansion of the new environments will keep the entertainment value steady. I'd say continue your work on it. I haven't seen your other runs, only because I've never played those games, so I can't comment on them.

Ogre Battle was awesome. Was turning on animation used for something? luck-maintain?

In that Gradius 2 run, I think you should try to write things and symbols on the screen with the fireball things that follow your ship. Like the "diamond" shape you did a couple of times, but slightly more involved. If you do one letter at a time, those who watch closely might catch the message. It's just an idea that might increase the entertainment value. :) Anyway, what I saw was good, although it gets a little dry after a while. I don't know how long the game is but if it's much longer than 20 minutes, it could become boring.

Good idea. I will try to do it if I can. And will ask people what word I wrote ;)

Did he ever turn on the animation? (it's always-on for boss battles) Anyway, I agree that Ogre Battle was awesome. I think it definitely needs subtitles in any final release though, lots of things go by too fast for me to realise what happened until later ^_^;;
someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster. I support the new Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.

Ogre Battle was wonderful. Nicely done, though it might be too slow for people who have never played it. Anyway, looking forward to seeing completed version. :)

I love the Ogre Battle run, I'd love to see this finished. You've assembled an excellent ironman party which should beat anything in no time. However, I suppose it will get tougher. Apparently you have no trouble manipulating drop luck which makes this game much easier. Have you figured out where you will get money for the merchant? I guess feeding potions will take a while but you can become laughably powerful. Getting mages might require more fighting since you need to lower your alignment, but then you are set. It might be nice to change to Gryphon as well, there may be occasions for the petrify. On second thought, it might get old after a few levels of simply flying through, slaughtering the boss and moving on. The whole point of this game is to spend lots of time doing different things. As it is, you probably won't get to see your old avatar :). I'd still be interested in seeing it though. Good luck.

In fact, I was thinking keeping the Gryphin instead of changing it to Cockatrice. 1st. I am losing time changing class. 2nd. The Cockatrice isn't more powerful that Gryphin. Btw, I was thinking to have 1 Princess and 2 Liches(Maybe 1 Lich and 1 Sorcerer depending of the random) from behind and 1 Gryphin from front. I don't think I will have too much trouble with Wizards Ali. My avatar!? ;P Well, it's the same guy but picture from Ogre Battle 64.
