Every so often the audio blips/boops/emits wrong tone while I have configured the emulator to enable Vsync and Clock Throttle or Vsync Throttle. When the emulator is configured to Audio Throttle the emulator instead stutters. Since I can't adjust the audio buffer, I don't foresee any way to resolve this. I have tried both the QuickNES and NESHawk core's.

1.9.1 Windows. I've also tried the generic audio driver that Windows provides as well as the soundcard manufacturers driver.

Is there a place with precompiled builds of such?

This seems to be fixed in 1.9.3 when playing the emulator in fullscreen mode, in windowed mode the issue persists. I've also noticed that if you enable the "NES in QuickNES" option and use "Vsync Throttle" together instead of "Clock Throttle", the frame rate will be limited to 100FPS even if you enable vsync/have Aero enabled. My monitor runs at 60hz for reference.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bizhawk/files/BizHawk/BizHawk-1.9.3.zip/download For 1.9.3 release, unsure if that's new enough but that's the latest official release
