I was looking for a tutorial how to dump a video with JPC-RR emulator. I'm not completely sure if I got the article MovieDumpingR11 right. The problem is that I don't know where to write dumpconvert --video-width=640 --video-height=400 --video-framerate=60 --audio-delay=1.895 --output-wav=audio.wav --output-x264=raw.avi,crf=0,fullrange=on dump.jmd or anything like that. When I open dumpconvert nothing happens and I can't see any kind of popping up windows.

You need to open the command-line interface (e.g. cmd.exe if you're on Windows), navigate to the emulator's directory and enter (copy & paste) that line.

Thanks for help! Now I'm having another problem though. All output I got is a corrup audiofile. Sorry if I seem stupid because this hasn't seem to be a big problem for others... I've tried to dump into .jmd, .jrsr, .img and just a file without .anything. I have JPC-RR r11.7 I also downloaded x264 from SourceForge

Did you get audio.wav or an error message? Btw. x264 builds are here, SourceForge is evil. https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/37h8ad/sourceforge_took_control_of_the_gimp_account_and/ https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/37lrk4/sourceforge_claiming_gimpwin_was_abandoned/ https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/386c75/sourceforge_locked_in_projects_of_fleeing_users/
I got audio.wav. I downloaded some builds you show me to my JPC folder but the same goes on. Also tried the newest versions with name x264.exe. When I do the script with cmd, it still just shows a new window for half a second and gives 44 bytes big audio.wav.
