I created the "Tool Assisted Time Attack" community on orkut, jeff c had created a superplay videos community about a year ago, but there still is no posts on it and has only 4 members. If you use orkut i invite you to join it, lets try to make it big!

its a friends network system, by google. sort of blog + photo + messaging + forums and communities. you can only get in by invitation from a friend that is already in so everyone is connected to everyone in the orkut network, with different amout of people between

i could invite you as my friend :P orkut is still experimental though (even after 1 year of existence...) and sometimes make me angry about the pages not loading... but i and millions of people still use it, so you can see its good :P

link wont let you in, only invitation by email from a friend... www.orkut.com like i said, if you want to start by joining as my friend i can invite you, just tell me an email to send invitation to. you will fill up a profile (as much as you want to) and will start with 1 friend, you will be able then to look at everyone's profiles, photos, join communities (there are thousands) and invite new friends

Why did they have to call it "orkut", which I at first misread as "orkout"? It sounds like workout for orcs to me, and that's not my idea of a nice community... :) (sorry, couldn't resist)
