I have started making a run of this game. It's a very hard platform game with some nice graphics and sound. It also features some EVIL disappearing/appearing platforms. I was going to make a topic later, when I had finished at least two levels, but since I'm going to make a thread anyway, I think might as well do it now. I already made a sloppy preliminary run, but that desynced about halfway in, and I'm not going to do it again. (stupid me didn't view the run as a whole regularly.) I'm just going to go for the real thing now. I have one level done so far (the crystal ball level). Here it is: http://fast.filespace.org/blublu/AddamsFamily-PugsleysScavengerHunt_US_.smv It's on the hardest difficulty, which means you get only one heart (one hit = instant death). If you complete the game with three hearts, you get the message "why not try a harder difficulty next?". Obviously, I want to get the best ending. I would appreciate comments, especially if you have some useful tips or maybe know of some nice glitches...

Okay, I finally completed... the next level! Now I have two levels done, four more to go. This is going to take a while! Here's what I have so far. If you want the movie to be finished quicker, please comment. If nobody says anything, I won't be as motivated... http://www.angelfire.com/cantina/hamstur/PugsleysScavengerHunt_U_.smv

man.. that was really publishing quality, is pugsley a sonic disciple? hes too quick, i almost got tired of watching that much action, theres so much going on at the same time. but thats a good thing :) i have no doubts that if you keep it up it will get published. i have only one question, there was one of the cannonballs that seemed to be possible to use but you let it go, it was like you used 2 balls, let 1 go and then use the 4th one. well you probably did it because you had to. anyways, good job

OH yeah I agree, the game may looks boring. But fast moving play makes it very entertainming, this could be easily get published.

Yeah, that cannonball was already too far to the left. I wouldn't have been able to lower it enough in time. Thanks for the comments, everyone. I'm sure I'll be able to finish this thing eventually, one level at a time.

Hmm, I thought I might bump this to let you all know I did one more level. (same link as the first one). I'm halfway through the game and I already see a whole lot of flaws in my movie. Maybe I won't submit this one after all. But I'm still going to finish it. Edit: the run is finished and I'm satisfied. I may have exaggerated the flawness of my movie. It's actually pretty awesome. Go look in the submission pile.
