Sega Master System games released in Brazil are official releases for a 60hz console. So if you plan on making a SMS TAS on what you think is a PAL only SMS game, please check if the game was released in Brazil before starting to make a PAL TAS.

For what is worth, Brazil's PAL-M is actually NTSC with the PAL color carrier*. So a game released in Brazil is, for all intents and purposes, a NTSC game. * So it works (albeit in black & white) in "normal" NTSC, and fails spectacularly in "normal" PAL.
