Hi, hello, welcome to the site! If you want to make friends, my recommendation is to join the IRC channel and/or join the (currently small, but super newbie-friendly) TASMania project that's attempting to get published runs for every NES game. Both are great for meeting people, getting instant feedback, and finding some suggestions on what games to run. Good luck, and I hope you stick around!

Well, there's the more general purpose IRC Channel that you can connect to via browser. It's more full than the TASMania Discord channel and it's not strictly limited to NES, so you might have some more luck in there when asking about certain games. If you can get IRC working for you, I would recommend joining there as well. It may seem pretty silent at times, but if someone starts talking then people usually pop out of the woodwork and join in the conversation.
