Use TAStudio to design your own tracks inside the game, make them fun but no boring tracks. Don't forget to go to race on the tracks, and go to save. The tracks you designed don't get saved on your computer. That's where console verification comes into play. All you need is an AV Famicom (or the AVS), a Family BASIC Keyboard, a device used for TAS playback on console, a copy of Excitebike (Must be the NTSC NES or Famicom versions) and a device to communicate with (either a cassette recorder or a computer) Connect the cables from the Family BASIC Keyboard to the headset connectors (headphones and microphone 2) on the front of the computer if its video output is VGA or DVI, or to the line in and line out on the back of it if its audio and video output is HDMI. I recommend the latter. For a sound program, I recommend Audacity. Set the input device to microphone 2 or line in and the output to headphones or speakers depending on the video output. Make sure that you have the "Listen to this device" option unchecked on the devices used for communication between the computer and the game or you'll be hearing loud screeching noises coming from your computer. You don't want that to happen. RIP headphone users On saving, make sure you press record to save the designed track. On loading, make sure you press play to load the designed track. Have fun designing your own tracks and showcasing them..
